Available Print Options for Fine Art Photographs:

Photo Prints

Photos are printed on your choice of 3 different photo papers. Photo prints are not yet ready to display and you will need to have the prints matted & framed.

Paper Types:

  • Glossy Metallic: If you have seen Matt's work recently, chances are that you have seen his photos printed on Metallic photo paper. This glossy finish creates images with exceptional visual interest and depth.
  • Glossy: A professional photo paper with a glossy finish.
  • Lustre: The least reflective choice, this paper features a fine grain pebble texture.
  • Fiber Based Fine Art Photo Paper: Printed on Epson Exhibition Fiber Paper, a semi-glossy 325gsm fine art paper with an amazing color gamut.

Aluminum Metal Prints

Photos are printed by infusing dyes directly into specially coated aluminum sheets, providing a magical luminescence and stunning look.

Colors are extremely vibrant and detail is unsurpassed. It is Matt's preferred printing process for his photographs. Prints on aluminum provide you with different looks throughout the day as the light intensity changes in your home or office and they look amazing with a lot or even just a little light shining on them.

Aluminum metal prints are extremely durable and do not need to be displayed behind glass. You can choose from 3 different finishes as well as 3 different display options.

Finishes

  • High Gloss: This is Matt's favorite look. Blacks are super rich and the print is crystal clear and resembles looking outside a window.
  • Semi Gloss: Choose this finish if you prefer to have a slightly less reflective print.
  • Matte: Choose this option for the least amount of reflection.

Display Options

  • Aluminum Print Only: Choose this option if you wish to have the metal print framed yourself. No glass or mat is needed when framing aluminum prints, making it extremely easy to frame.
  • Float Mounted with 1/4" Black Sintra Backing: The aluminum print is mounted onto a 1/4" thick black Sintra backing and features a recessed 1-1/4"" aluminum frame for ease of hanging. The print appears to float off the wall with this look. *Not available in 8"x12" or 12" x 18" sizes.

  • Frame to Edge Black: The aluminum print is mounted flush to a black 1-1/4" aluminum frame for ease of hanging. *Not available in 8"x12" or 12" x 18" sizes.

Please note: Photos are printed on aluminum that has a coating applied with state of the art coating machines. The coating that is applied sometimes may contain some very small imperfections such as small craters or bumps. Each sheet is inspected very carefully and if there are imperfections they are placed in the most unobtrusive parts of the image. These prints are weatherproof and moisture proof but they will fade like a normal photograph, so please avoid direct sunlight.

Stock Photographs

Available Print Options for Stock Photographs:

Photo Prints

The same options from my Fine Art Photos (see above) are available for my Stock Photos with this exception: Fiber Based Fine Art Prints are not available for Stock Photos.

Photos are printed directly onto a museum quality cotton canvas. The entire image is printed on the front and features black edges. They are stretched and stapled onto a wood artists' stretcher bar frame with your choice of thickness. Photo comes ready to hang with attached wire.

You have your choice of a Glossy or Lustre protective laminate that protects the surface of the print.

You also have your choice of either 1-1/2" or 2-1/2" deep wood stretcher bars.

FAQ's

What is your return policy?

You can purchase with confidence. I offer a 30-day money-back-guarantee on all fine art photograph purchases. If you are unhappy with the photo I will replace it or refund your money following safe return of the photograph, less shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. Contact me first prior to shipping.

What sizes and type of prints are available?

This is dependent upon the photo gallery and particular image. The smallest size available is 8" x 12" and sizes currently go up to 10 feet. Depending on the photo, one can choose photo prints, canvas, and aluminum metal prints in a number of display options. Please view each individual photo and click on the "Buy Print" link to see available options for that particular photo.

Will my my photos fade?

I use only the best professional labs to print my photography under my exact specifications. As long as you are not displaying any of my photographs in direct sunlight for most of the day, you should not experience any fading. But should you, I offer a Lifetime No-Fade Guarantee and will replace the piece for you at cost (plus shipping).

Who typically buys your photography?

I have been selling my fine art photography since 2003 (and have been a professional photographer since 1990). In that time I have acquired collectors from every state in the U.S. to numerous countries worldwide. My prices cover a wide range of needs, with prints starting at $60 for the beginning collector and increase in price to include pieces over 10 feet in length and prices exceeding $10,000 for the discriminating collector. In addition to private individuals my work has been sold to companies, restaurants, corporations, magazines, galleries, museums and more.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For the purchase of fine art photographs, most metallic photo paper prints ship out within 5 days and are shipped via ground. Exhibit Mount Aluminum pieces typically ship out within 7 days and are shipped via ground. Exhibition Mount Aluminum pieces typically ship out within 10-30 days, depending on if I already have a color proof on file with the lab.

Rush orders can be accepted for additional fees. Contact me for details.

Emails with tracking numbers are sent out shortly after your item ships.

How much better will my photo look in person than what is seen on the screen?

What you see on the screen is a low-resolution version that is suitable for web display but suffers when judging the quality of how it will look in print. Sharpness in most cases will be vastly improved in the print compared to what you see online. As for colors, if you are using a calibrated monitor, colors in your print should closely resemble it. For uncalibrated monitors the print will range from slightly improved to greatly improved compared to what you see online.

Also note that not all photos are available in the largest sizes. That is due to my own personal quality control. While I could technically sell any photo in any photo size, I never print photos larger than what they really should be printed. This results in crystal clear photographs even in the largest sizes.
